Beach Access LLC, which plans and sells surf items through online-only direct sales, has already built a brand that boasts a certain level of recognition and popularity in the
Japanese surf item market with its high-quality product lineup and unique concept of respecting the earth and the environment. In addition, the company had already succeeded
in building a commercial distribution channel in the Taiwanese market by horizontally developing its business model in Japan. Whilst planning for further expansion, the company
was considering entering the United States, which has one of the world’s largest markets, including Hawaii, the birthplace of surfing. We were approached by the company as
they were facing issues such as lacking resources to expand into the U.S. and the lack of local partners to build commercial distribution.
